We have a dedicated support and service centre based in our London offices offering telephone support, system configuration and repair. A comprehensive supply of spares and loan systems are kept on site for next day delivery throughout the UK and Ireland.
Optima now offers all customers remote internet support. This tool uses advanced communication technology to create a connection between the Optima office and your system, providing you with instant customer support and technical assistance.
Extensive on site user training is all part of our installation package, provided to you at no extra charge. Additional training and user meetings can be held either at your hospital or in the training room at our London office
